When you submit the project enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), the service you are interested in, your project description, any links you include and any files you attach. If you email, call or book a meeting with us, we receive the information you choose to share.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver projects. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Enquiries are processed by trusted providers acting on our behalf:

• our website hosting provider, which processes requests to this site;
• our email delivery provider and/or HubSpot CRM, which receive enquiry form submissions;
• HubSpot Meetings, if you book a call through our booking link;
• Vimeo, which streams portfolio videos when you press play.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set analytics cookies unless you accept them. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site (pages visited, device and approximate location) so we can improve it. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Portfolio videos are loaded from Vimeo only after you press play, using Vimeo's "do not track" option.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any legal or accounting obligations afterwards.
